    One of the most valuable things we have is our health. No matter what your goals are, there is a program for you! We want to hear about your long term fitness goals and develop a plan to get you there.

  • Sports Performance

    Preparation for sport needs to be taken seriously. We have programs for all sports and all skill levels to get you ready for your season, and keep you healthy throughout. This is done by focusing on strength, power development, and movement proficiency.

  • Post Rehab Training

    Returning from an injury can seem daunting. At MPW, we like to bridge that gap to provide an optimized body, and a confident mind. Although we specialize in ACL post rehab training, we have recover programs for all injuries.

  • Online Training

    Do you live outside of driving distance from MPW? Talk to us about our online training programs that are customized to fit your needs and your goals.

  • Speed and Agility

    Focusing primarily on mechanics, footwork and field movement. Speed and agility is where the weight room strength is applied to sport specific movement.

    What is accomplished in the gym, is only half the battle. The other half is what you are putting on your plate. The food and drinks that we consume have huge implications on our performance, recovery, and ability to reach our goals.
