General Health and Wellness
To achieve a high level of fitness and to reach your goals, there is a fair amount of thought that should go into your training program. Working with a certified personal trainer is a way to ensure that you are doing the right things, the right way.
With years of education and hands on exerience, we are confident in saying “we’ve got your back”!
When creating your program, we start with a foundational understanding that no-ones body is the same as someone else’s and no-ones goals are identical. With that in mind, we find the correct balance of mobility, corrective exercise, strength, and cardiovascular training for you!
While working with a trainer in a 1 on 1 setting or in a small group setting, you can expect to be taken through a 55-60 minute training session developed specifically for you.
Sports Performance
The level of competition in sports, across all ages, gets higher each year. Training within a sports performance program is the most proven way to stay ahead of the pack and stay healthy.
At MPW, we want to help our athletes every step of the way. Whether you are an athlete just getting started in a training program, or a high school/college athlete trying to get bigger, faster, stronger. We want to give our athletes the best chance for success once they get on the field, court, pool, or rink.
Although sport science is a fluid topic, and there is always “new tricks” coming out, foundational fundamentals continue to be the best way to build athletes. Every athlete needs to be able to move efficiently, exert power, and stay healthy.
After years of experience training top athletes, we can confidently say that you WILL get better, if you are willing to put in the work!
Post-Rehab Training
Getting injured is a huge set back in the career of athletes, or in the healthy lifestyle of others. Returning from that set back doesn’t have to be a struggle.
At MPW, we have years of experience working with orthopedic surgeons and physical therapist in a post-rehab setting. Although we specialize in ACL rehab programs, we have seen and successfully rehabbed a huge variety of injuries.
In order to deliver the best results possible, we start the process with a in depth evaluation to learn as much as possible about injury history and to analyze movement coming out of rehab. Once we complete an evaluation, we are able to start building back movement patterns and strength that was lost all while staying within a surgeons protocol or therapist protocol.
Our goal isn’t to return you to 100%, our goal is to get you back to 110%, or better off than you were pre injury!
Online Training
Don’t let “distance” be a limiting factor from you being on a program developed by MPW! We offer online programs to make sure everyone has the ability to train the right things, the right way.
To start, we want to get to know you! Your goals and aspirations are important to us.
Once we understand your goals and what hurdles might stand in your way, we go to work to create a specialized program that will get you to where you want to be!
We have been able to create successful programs for clients that have college weight rooms, at home gym, no equipment at all, and everything in between.

Speed & Agility
An athlete needs to be strong, AND fast!
MPW has group speed and agility classes that allow athletes to take the strength and power developed in the weight room, and apply it to a mechanics based speed and agility program that enhances the ability for an athlete to move better out on the field.
This program is built for all athletes preparing for any sport that will demand sprinting, changing direction, and moving laterally.
Using industry proven techniques striving for optimal mechanics, we feel confident that your will get faster in a dead sprint, and quicker with agile movements.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is a foundational component to optimal health and fitness.
Without over complicating things; proper nutrition is vital for you body to be able to perform at a high level, get the recovery needed to keep your body moving, and build muscle effectively.
No matter what your goal is, you can benefit by talking to a professional about a nutrition program designed specifically for you.
